Synergies between digitalization and sustainable development in university teaching

The teaching network "Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education" cordially invites members and interested parties to the next digital meeting on 27.02.2025 from 10.00 to 11.30 am. The topic is the connection between education for sustainable development (ESD), digitalization and AI.

We are delighted to welcome a guest speaker: Dr. Bror Giesenbauer is an expert on sustainable development at universities and network coordinator of the German Society for Sustainability at Universities (DG Hoch N).

He completed his doctorate on the topic of "University 4.0: Mastering complexity and enabling sustainable development" and published, among other things, "Change through change: Sustainable development of universities in the piggyback of digitalization". You can also get to know him in the HOCH_N podcast.

We can expect a brief input on the interplay between ESD and digitalization with a sideways glance at artificial intelligence.
