Alumni of the chair receives Dresden Excellence Award 2021.

Andrey Ruzhanskiy has won the Dresden Excellence Award 2021. For his thesis "Untersuchungen zur Durchsetzbarkeit des Schutzziels Verfügbarkeit in 5G-Netzen unter Berücksichtigung nicht-vertrauenswürdiger Hersteller von 5G-Komponenten", written at our professorship, he received the award for excellent work in the category Diploma/Master. In his thesis, Mr. Ruzhanskiy analyzes the security of existing infrastructures for fifth generation (5G) mobile communications.
