On 20.06.2022 Mr. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Norbert Zeglin, M.Sc. successfully defended his doctoral thesis "Design options in the public tendering of construction services". The doctoral committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Frohmut Wellner (TU Dresden). Reviewers were Prof. Dr. Rainer Schach (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Detlef Heck (TU Graz) and Prof. Dr. Marco Wach (HTWK Leipzig). Prof. Dr. Jens Otto and Prof. Dr. Richard Stroetmann (TU Dresden) were involved as further members of the doctoral committee.
