What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The person's name, affiliation and email address are requested for registration. For better planning, you will also be asked if you wish to participate in the social dinner and if you have any dietary restrictions for this.
How long will personal data be stored?
The data will be stored until the end of the workshop.
Is personal data transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
At TU Dresden, the employees of the Lohrmann Observatory who are involved in the organization of the event have access to the data. Specifically, these are: Prof. S. Klioner, A. Theuser, R. Geyer and Dr. E. Gerlach
The data will not be passed on to third parties.
