The lecture "Production Planning and Control" provides students with state-of-the-art knowledge of business methods in an area that lags behind the technological state of knowledge in many companies. The subjects of the course are demand forecasting, employment balancing, capacitated main production program planning, material requirements planning, short-term capacity balancing and machine utilization planning. |
