Information on the anonymization of face-to-face examinations (= on-site examinations at the TUD) from WS 24/25

by using the matriculation number

Procedure:

• on the examination date
  • Examination tasks are handed out
  • Exam participants write their matriculation number on all sheets of the examination paper
  • Hand in the examination tasks and the examination papers in a pile; everything is handed over to the examiner.
• Correction, grading, grade entry in selma or HISQIS
  • The examiner carries out the assessment and grading.
  • The examination results can be recorded in selma or HISQIS by identifying the person via their matriculation number.
