Have you received a letter from the Saxon State Office for School and Education stating that you need to refresh your knowledge of course content and scope in accordance with § 7 para. 5 Act on Teaching Qualifications (Lehrer-Qualifizierungsverordnung)?

• Please send the letter you received from the Saxon State Office for School and Education to: .
• In the next step, an academic advisor will work with you on the basis of your documents and in a personal interview to determine which modules of the regular teacher training program you can complete. As soon as the modules you need to complete have been determined, an individual continuing education program will be created for you.
• There is a fee for the continuing education course. The price depends on the modules to be completed.
• You will visit teacher training courses and complete exams together with the regular students. As a participant in continuing education, you will receive a guest login and can use TU services such as the OPAL learning platform.

Are you already in permanent employment as a teacher?
Then, a part-time qualification may be an option for you. Find out more on the ZLSB website or get advice from the coordinators of the program ().

Do you have a degree in a STEM subject and are very interested in becoming a teacher? STEM teachers are desperately needed, especially in secondary schools (Oberschule).
